Job Overview
Purpose of the job: The Control Systems Senior Engineer responsible is to implementing or maintaining the control systems (SCADA Systems, smart KNX) for various industrial processes and buildings. He must to be able to develop the software the control systems, and configure controllers, sensors meters.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and integrate control systems into overall project design concerning site works, control panels installation and wiring, sensors and meters calibration, testing.
- Work on integrating control systems with other components of complex industrial projects, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting control system issues and implement corrective actions for (control panels, UPS devices, automatic motors, bollards, barriers, smart KNX).
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Developing software and algorithms of SCADA systems, and configuration of control systems using industry-standard software for (PLC, RTU, HMI) for different SCADA systems (power substations, wastewater)
- Configuring the smart home system controllers (smart KNX).
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in control engineering or relative field.
- Good in English Language
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Ability to develop control algorithms and programs.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of communication protocols used in industrial automation, such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
